Product Information

The prices displayed at ImNice.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Delivery

Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify service@imnice.com . You will receive an email from service@imnice.com when your order has been confirmed.

Prices, Shipping & Handling Charges

All orders are shipped USA UPS Ground unless selected otherwise. We charge a flat fee for shipping on all orders. Please contact service@imnice.com if you have any questions.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on ImNice.com, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges
HOLIDAY RETURNS:

• We will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased November 1st through December 25th until February 1st .
• If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate any changes to the delivery address.
• Please indicate if you would prefer to have a gift card mailed to you if your exchange is out of stock.
• Please note if no replacement item or gift card is requested, the return credit will apply to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

RETURN POLICY:

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days
• Merchandise must have all original tags attached
• Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
• I’m Nice does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to service@imnice.com before sending the item back.

All returns incur a 15% restocking fee.
You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable

All Refunds are issued to the original payment method

EXCHANGES:
ImNice.com is only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and simply return the original item to us for a refund.

Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package

Ship your package with your choice of shipper. To insure we receive your return/ exchange, please request a tracking number and insurance from your shipper. ImNice.com is not responsible for lost returns/exchanges with outside shippers.

Shipping Policy

Most orders shipped within 24-48 business hours. Weekends and holidays excluded. UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays. Items ordered together may ship separately. Signatures are required for the delivery of the following orders: All orders over $150.00 and All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses.
* UPS will not deliver a box that is signature required without someone being available to sign for the package.

All suspect orders are subject to verification, this is done for your protection. Suspect orders will be held until verified. All unverified orders will be automatically canceled after 7 days.
