Is my payment secure?

Yes, it is 100% secure. We work with one of the leading global payment providers – PayPal. PayPal is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.

Shipping

My tracking information hasn't updated in a while, what should I do?

Domestic orders: Within the US all orders will have tracking information available through a USPS or FedEx link. That can be accessed at any time in the order details of any fulfilled order with the “Tracking Info” button or through the email notification we send out. While rare, some instances occur where the tracking does not update due to missed scans during transit. If it is past the estimated delivery date for your order, please contact us immediately so we may determine if the package has been lost in transit.

International Orders: If your chosen level of shipping service for the order does not include tracking you will notice that there are no updates past the export center in California. No worries, the package is still moving and if any issue occurs through customs the contact information provided with your order will be utilized to inform end customers of any duties or fees they may be liable for. If it is past the estimated date of delivery for your package, please contact us immediately so we may determine if the package has been lost in transit.

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender, most often it is due to an undeliverable address. You will receive notice once the order arrives back at our facility. We would advise providing us with an updated address (preferably confirmed by your customer) if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders with incorrect addresses.

How long will it take to get my package?

Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment/processing time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive notification with shipping information if applicable.  We are still growing, so we require this fulfillment time to have your order printed to keep our stock levels manageable.

Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from – they can range within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.

How are shirts packed?

Each shirt is folded and packed into poly mailers for shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all countries, all over the world.

Return Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you have received the correct order but you are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we would be happy to accommodate an exchange, provided we have the inventory.

What happens if my item is damaged after washing?

I’m Nice is not responsible for damage incurred by washing or natural wear and tear. We strongly suggest following the care instructions found on the inside label of the item.

What happens if my item is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, we will replace the item, provided we have the inventory, at no additional cost. If we are unable to replace the shirt, we will refund you in full, shipping included.

I received the wrong size or color – How can you fix this?
