Where's my product?
All orders are typically fulfilled and prepared for shipment within 4-8 business days after purchase. Personalized items typically require 2 – 5 days of extra processing time depending on backlog. Each item is custom made to order, so please be patient with us, we strive to provide high-quality work.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently we only offer shipping to anywhere in United States and Canada. We do not offer other international shipping at this time, but we’re working hard to expand.

All prices, including products and shipping costs, are calculated in US dollars.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase for all non-personalized items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.

To complete your return, please contact us first and we will provide you with a return address. We can be reached at info@imnice.com

Will I be refunded?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your return is approved.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
